  • How and when do I make the payment?
    The payment process depends on the type of call or appointment you have. For instant calls, your card will be automatically charged at the end of the call based on the duration and the consultant's per-minute fee. In the case of longer calls, partial payments may be made to ensure fair billing. When it comes to booked appointments, your card will be charged as soon as the consultant accepts your request. This allows for a seamless payment process, ensuring that you can proceed with your scheduled session without any delays. Can calls be recorded or accessed by third parties? We prioritize privacy and confidentiality in our platform. The sessions between consultants and clients are kept completely private. However, it's important to note that consultants have the option to record sessions if they choose to enable this feature. If recording is enabled, clients can access the recordings from the call history list after the session. Rest assured that we respect your privacy and provide you with control over your own recorded sessions.
  • Is the first minute of an instant call free?
    Absolutely! The first minute of the call is free for clients. From the second minute onwards, clients will be charged per minute based on the consultant's rate. It's important to note that consultants have the flexibility to enable or disable the option of offering a free first minute.
  • How is the call cost calculated?
    The call cost is determined as follows: Instant calls: The platform shows the real-time cost, which includes a free first minute and the consultant's per-minute fee multiplied by the call duration from the second minute onwards. Booked appointments: You will be charged a flat fee when the consultant accepts the request.
  • Are there any additional fees or taxes besides what I pay to the consultant?
    No, there are no additional fees or taxes charged to clients on the Yaloop platform. The fees or commission that Yaloop retains are deducted from the consultant's earnings, not from the client's payment. Rest assured that you only pay the agreed-upon rate set by the consultant without any extra charges.
